Children's University

Tudor Grange Academy Kingshurst is pleased to inform you of the fantastic opportunity available to students of Year 7 and 8. We are proud to announce that we are now affiliated with The Children’s University. This gives our students the chance to experience a graduation ceremony held at one of the country’s finest universities.

The Children’s University promotes social mobility by promoting high quality extra-curricular activities to children aged 7-14 years. At the heart of its work is the ambition to raise aspirations, boost achievement and foster a love of learning so that all young people can make the most of their abilities and interest.
At Tudor Grange Academy Kingshurst we offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities available to all students. Those who accumulate a set number of extra-curricular hours will have a greater opportunity to attend the graduation ceremony at the end of the academic year. To monitor the hours accumulated by individuals; students will receive a Children’s University Passport which will be stamped by the member of staff delivering the extra-curricular activity.

We hope all students take up this fantastic opportunity and will look forward to the graduation at the end of the year.
We look forward to your child graduating from the Children’s University. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
