SEND
The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team lead the provision for pupils of on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities list. The SENCo (Mrs Brocklebank) leads a successful department of Teaching Assistants. Here at Tudor Grange Academy Kingshurst, we adopt a fully inclusive ethos and are committed to supporting the needs of all students throughout their education.
The SEND department offers a systematic programme of interventions that run throughout the year in The Willows, as part of the graduated response; such programmes are carefully planned and highly effective in raising both pupil’s attainment and developing their social, emotional and mental health needs. If you feel that your child has additional needs that need exploring, please contact their tutor who will complete a SPA (single point of access) referral form to the SEND team on your behalf.

If you have any concerns or queries about your child’s provision, please contact your child’s form tutor in the first instance and they will be able to liaise with the SEND team where appropriate.
